1. Call to order: The Site Walk was called to order at 5:30 PM.
2. Attendance:

Site Walk was opened by RM and turned over to Craig Higgins for the guided walk
Markers:
Pink strand = test pit
Blue only = wetland
Red & white = center of road
The road will be 20’ paved with 3’ shoulders on each side.
DEP will be checking this project. On lot 12 buildings need to be 75’ from channel of street. Concrete footings may need to be put in where culvert is expected to be. This is a permit by rule operation. Test pit 5 did not pass. (Ledge).
Existing snowmobile trail – relocated for future use. Work in progress, but hoping to get a deeded right granted for snowmobile club.
Fire Protection – lack of water, looking into a fire pond or an underground water tank.
